Return & Replacement Policy

At Delhi Junction, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a Return or Replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to the policy below.


1. 7-Day Return / Replacement Eligibility

You can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective or not working

  • Wrong product has been delivered

  • Missing parts or accessories

❌ Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original box, packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or wrong products

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video may be rejected.


3. How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request

All return or replacement requests must be submitted only through our official Google Form:

Requests made via WhatsApp, Instagram, or call will not be accepted without form submission.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return / Replacement

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor color or appearance differences due to screen resolution

  • Incorrect size or personal preference

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable


5. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion


6. Refund Policy (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only after approval and inspection

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days


7. Return Pickup

  • Return pickup depends on serviceability of your location

  • If pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated clearly


8. Right to Reject Requests

Delhi Junction reserves the right to reject return or replacement requests if:

  • Policy conditions are not met

  • Required proof is missing

  • False, misleading, or repeated claims are made


9. Policy Updates

Delhi Junction reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
