Refund policy

At Delhi Junction, we strive to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for return or exchange if:

• The product is unused and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging are intact

• The item is not damaged by the customer

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

If you want a different size or received a damaged/defective item, you can request a replacement within 7 days.

After approval:

• Our team will arrange pickup (if applicable)

• Replacement will be dispatched once the product is received and inspected

3. Return & Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Important: COD Orders Cancellation Policy

Please note:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• However, you can request a replacement after delivery under our 7-day exchange policy.

We request customers to place COD orders responsibly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags

• Items damaged due to customer misuse
